Do the kits come with paint?
Our kits do not include Paint, so we suggest that you use a good quality acrylic craft paints like Folkart or Americana brands most commonly found at your local craft store. I would not recommend using cheap brands from the dollar store as they do not perform well....trust me I tried!
What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 3-5 business days. Each item is made to order. Please note that turn-around time may be longer during holidays and current schedule.
Do you all accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please see our RETURN POLICY here. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us directly to hello@urbanwhyte.com.
I am missing a piece in my kit what do I do?
At Urban Whyte, every wood cut-out kit is crafted with heaps of love and care. We truly want you to love and enjoy each piece as much as we do. If, for some reason, things don’t seem right with your kit, we’ve got a great REPLACEMENT POLICY in place. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us directly to hello@urbanwhyte.com after reading the policy.

$0.01 - $60.00 = $18
$60.01 - $99.9 = $20
$100.00 - $149.99 = $22
$150.00 - 199.99 = $25
$200 or more = FREE SHIPPING
Do you offer group shipping?
If you are planning a group craft night, simply place all orders at the same time so they can be shipped to one address. This is a great way to save a little on the cost of shipping!
When does my order ship?
We do our best to have orders shipped out within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed after noon MST on Friday will not be shipped out until the following week. We do not cut/ship on the weekends so that we can spend time with family.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pickup is available in the Edmonton, AB only. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be sent to you when your order is ready.
